Raxar provides Graphical Real-Time Asset Inspection and Tracking (GRAiT) System and subsequent modules, an integrated and real-time mobile solution based on context and sensor technologies to optimize the lifecycle of assets. We believe in transparency, and we are committed to being upfront about our privacy practices including how we treat your personal information.


This Privacy Policy, (“Policy) governs the website at https://raxar.com/ and any module websites that affiliates with Raxar as (“Site”), Raxar mobile application (“App”), and the different ways to use our services (together, or individually, the "Service") that is owned by our company Raxar Technology Corporation, (“Raxar”).

The Policy describes what personal data and non-personal data we may collect from you, how we collect it, how we protect it, how we may share it, how you can access and change it, and how you can limit our sharing of it.     • You can object to processing of your personal information, ask us to restrict processing of your personal information or request portability of your personal information.

    Protecting the Privacy Rights of Third Parties

    To improve Raxar’s products, website, or marketing, we may engage with various outside partners that have access to the limited data users voluntarily share with Raxar via web forms, cookies, or customer support and sales inquiries. We carefully select each of our partners based on Raxar’s commitment to user privacy and security. Our security team meticulously vets each prospective partner to ensure its policies and practices are on par with Raxar’s standards and abide by confidentiality obligations.


    Raxar’s use of Third Parties will maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of client data. Those safeguards will include, but will not be limited to, measures for preventing access, use, modification or disclosure of client data by Third-Party suppliers’ personnel.

    Information about Children

    ​Raxar is not directed or permitted use to children under the age of 18. Even though our website is not designed for use by anyone under the age of 18, we realize that a child under the age of 18 may attempt to access our Site. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have allowed a child under 18 to access our Services, we will take appropriate steps to promptly remove such account and delete all information associated with such account.
